Recipe for Beneficial Tea
Take a large saucepan and add 3 pints of water. Add the juice of 4 lemons, grate the rind of 1 and put that in too. Add a couple of green tea bags and a handful of hemp. Next, add a big piece of chopped or finely grated fresh ginger. Add a chili or 2 if you are brave. Simmer a while, strain and add honey. You can keep it in a flask or bottle it and put it in the fridge.
